American illustrator/painter Bill Carman was born in Korea, grew up in Northern California and currently lives and works in Boise, Idaho. He has a BFA in Visual Communications/Illustration and an MFA in painting from Brigham Young University. In between teaching at Boise State University and exhibiting, Carman likes to fish.
